Terms and conditions are applicable to the following item:

1. Hantaran Decoration.
2. Customized “Bunga Pahar, Bunga Dulang, Corsages and Bunga Rampai/Potpurri”.

Order Placement:

1. Every booking of “gubahan hantaran” must be made at least 4 weeks before your engagement/solemnisation.
2. Order for “bunga dulang” must be made within 2 weeks before collection/delivery date.
3. Order for “bunga pahar” must be made within 2 months before collection/delivery date.
4. Urgent order can be discussed subject to availability of the current situation.

Rental Item:

1. All rented item will be charge deposit for security reason.
2. All rented item are to be returned within one week after collection date.
3. Deposit money will be given back once rental item are returned in good condition.
4. Any damage/defects will be charge accordingly.
    

Payment:

1. Payment can be made either by cash or through account transfer.
2. Deposit 50% required for confirmed order.
3. Balance of payment must be settled once order complete.
    

Collection or Delivery:

1. All item will can be either self pick up at our shop or through delivery service.
2. Delivery of goods will be charge through POSLAJU.
3. For gubahan hantaran delivery service are not recommended.

Cancellation of Order:
1)    If the order is cancelled prior to delivery date, the order deposit will be deemed forfeited.
